Frame Rust... Can the whiz wheel and Rust Bullet save me here?

'00 TJ, got it back in April, pretty sure the guy painted over the rust to make it look better. It's showing it's ugly face now...

Pictures so gigantic my mobile browser cuts them off
But from what i can see, it doesnt look like its penetrated too deep into the metal. If possible, id recommend pulling the body off and checking the rest of the frame. If you cant, id just take a wire wheel to what you can see, get it really cleaned up to bare metal, then paint over it using a rust converter as primer
Yeah accidentally uploaded the pictures wrong. I'm hoping to do that, along with cleaning out the inside of the frame and getting Eastwood's internal frame spray. Hopefully it takes and doesn't bubble like his paint job did.
As long as the rust is gone, and its properly sealed, it wont bubble.
I honestly havent heard of Eastwood, but doesnt mean its bad.
As far as products ive heard of that really work;
Rust converters in spray cans from Rustoleum/Krylon
POR-15(though its pretty expensive)
Sometimes you can get away with just wire brushing/sanding away rust and spraying over it, but its probably not worth chancing it
