That's just gross, man. Too much risk for other shit to be mixed in there that could make you sick regardless of whether the yeast is even good for use. edit: Also I don't know if all of the bacteria can be cooked away, which is another issue.

A lot of infectious bacteria can pack themselves into spores to avoid inimical conditions and come out of it when conditions improve, and an oven isn't exactly an autoclave. (The guaranteed way to kill bacteria - Heat + Pressure)
