I am also planning to overclock the cpu to about 4 - 4.2 gHz if that makes any difference

The point of me saying that wasn't to be arrogant, it was to show that this is my FIRST build so i can't reuse anything since I don't have another build to take anything out of >.<. Sorry if it came across the wrong way
Anyways, I've seen discussions like this before, with a completely unlocked multiplier I can get the phenom to at least 4 gHz, are you sure the i3 will be better than that?
