We spent two 8 hour days in a friend of my dad's studio for our drummers extended project at his fancy-ass college. we've been playing together for almost two years. That's me doing vocals, I also wrote all lyrics, everything else is a group effort. I play guitar on Last chance, walk away and Golden fire, the other two I do bass on (me and the bassist swap instruments).
Anyway, please give criticisms or whatever you think of it, it'll be much appreciated.
Our soundcloud, three of five songs are on here, possibly more going up soon:

Art work by me :)
ok i liked heathens the best, good riff's, by far the catchiest of all of them, it also flows really well. As three songs as a whole the instruments sound really clear, the bass and drums standout. your lyrics weren't really working for me, i just found them to paint a bland picture. "one day when your gone and i'm able to be strong, i will find my peace of mind, leave the emptiness behind." i feel like I've heard this sad story a million times in a million songs. Golden fire really just dragged on, nothing stood out that made me really enjoy waiting the four minutes. Last chance was similar but I think the cool solo redeemed the song a little. If i could give any advice it would be make the choruses stronger, more noticeable and lay down some catchy lead guitar on slower parts. Keep going you have a good sound just capitalize on it
please don't pan an instrument all the way to the left/right
