• Denuvo Website Leaks Secret Information, Crackers Swarm
While the folks at Denuvo are leaders in the field of video game protection, the same cannot be said about their website. In an embarrassing blunder, the company has left some directories and files open to the public and right now members of the cracking community are downloading and scrutinizing the contents. (...) Just a week on, Denuvo has more problems to deal with. For reasons best known to them, the company has left several private directories on its website open to the public, as shown in the image below. (...) While any leak of confidential data is a serious event, this developing situation appears to be getting worse. Within the last few minutes, more insecure directories have been discovered, some of them containing relatively large files. Source TorrentFreak
Basically Denuvo has it so anyone can access the fileadmin and no one noticed until now. edit: Now fixed (Took them like 24 hours to fix one simple thing) but feel free to still look at it: https://revolt.group/denuvo/demo/fileadmin/logs/ajax.log
Final nail in the coffin for Deadnuvo hopefully. What a bunch of incompetent buffoons.
chmod 770 /fileadmin/ Is that so hard?
You should see some of the email stuff getting posted on /v/ because of this leak [sp]Mount and Blade Bannerlord might be getting Denuvo[/sp]
Obscurity isn't security kids

Bad few weeks for Denuvo. First RE7 gets cracked in a week and then only today CPY also cracked battlefield 1. (they started working on it after RE7). And now this.

Honestly this takes a special kind of incompetence, even if they outsourced the development of their website.
insider_prot is protected by securerom [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_19-19-29.png[/t]
So a DRM company is using different DRM on their DRM? :incredible:
hahaha holy shit Garry sent them a message in 2014. https://revolt.group/denuvo/demo/fileadmin/logs/ajax.log ctrl+f garrynewman. I'm not an IT expert by any stretch but isn't this kind of shit why you have intranet
So a DRM company is using different DRM on their DRM? :incredible:
It was only doing that because i was opening straight from .zip when opening from a folder it works like the other introduction.exe [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_19-25-44.png[/t]
It was only doing that because i was opening straight from .zip when opening from a folder it works like the other introduction.exe [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_19-25-44.png[/t]
Duly noted
So a DRM company is using different DRM on their DRM? :incredible:
denuvo isn't DRM. denuvo needs to piggyback on someone else's DRM to work
You should see some of the email stuff getting posted on /v/ because of this leak [sp]Mount and Blade Bannerlord might be getting Denuvo[/sp]
Oh shit, hopefully it won't fall under the denuvo curse
so "insider" takes any cd key and is this: [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_20-00-30.png[/t] im crying lmfao http://www.sonydadc.com/
You should see some of the email stuff getting posted on /v/ because of this leak [sp]Mount and Blade Bannerlord might be getting Denuvo[/sp]
Oh boy, there goes some pre-orders/hype
sendmail 2017-01-15 19:06:19 array ( 'name' => 'FuckDenuvo', 'email' => 'fuck@you.com', 'phone' => '', 'message' => 'Dear Denuvo I know you must get messages like this every day. Hundreds, even thousands. But I believe that even if only one person hears this, I will have done something right. Fuck. You. You are a worthless company and I hate everything about you. Yes, even you, the person who has to sort through these messages and delete ones like this. You work for an evil, evil company and you are supporting them by doing that. Fuck you.', 'captcha' => '4drZlC', )
I honestly find it sad that people just abuse others...
Makes me wonder if the source code will get leaked later down the line if they can barely keep their other data secure.
denuvo introduction also seems to take any cd key and is this: [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_20-13-13.png[/t] [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_20-15-12.png[/t] [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_20-17-59.png[/t] [t]https://jelman.me/sharex/2017-02-05_20-19-29.png[/t] nice powerpoint denuvo if anyone wants a gallery of them all let me know
So I'm the only one here thinking "honeypot"? It's hard to believe the people behind a DRM that took ages to crack would would leave this kind of shit exposed. Granted, I don't know what sort of endgoal they'd be working towards to do something like this, but god damn does this smell fishy to me.
I still don't understand the flack Denuvo gets beside the obvious inability to create a secure website.
Come on. They couldn't of been this stupid. This is the equivalent to Mr Burns' security system levels of stupid. No. They can't be.

If anything, this butchers any trust publishers would have on this company. If they can't secure their own website, how could you trust them in securing your game for atleast 1 full week?
if anyone wants a gallery of them all let me know
I do
