PC keeps BSODing, freezing, after a fresh install of Windows 7.

I just reinstalled Windows a week ago and since then I have had around 19 BSODs and 15 freezes and I need help figuring out whats causing it.

I ran memtest and my RAM is fine so its not that (I hope not at least).

For idle I personally would say your GPU and CPU are running a little high, though that's just my opinion. Have you noted down the errors that the BSOD's provide you with? As this issue only occured after a reinstall of Windows it could be a driver error, if you're willing you could always try reinstalling Windows again and seeing if it helps. (simplest way to rule out it being software related)
