What's the point in calling something "art" if "art" can be anything? This is why I hate modern art, it makes "art" a useless definition that can be used on absolutely everything.

Uh, yeah, most pirates over the course of their lives have probably downloaded at least that much. Also, that price tag is bullshit. It makes the assumption that the "artist" would otherwise have bought every single item on the drive if they hadn't been available via piracy. In reality it cost absolutely nothing to anybody. 1 copy =/= 1 lost sale or 1 theft.
