This is largely to meet Trump’s demands for more “Executive Time,” which almost always means TV and Twitter time alone in the residence, officials tell us. The schedules shown to me are different than the sanitized ones released to the media and public.

Trump's days in the Oval Office are relatively short – from around 11am to 6pm, then he's back to the residence. During that time he usually has a meeting or two, but spends a good deal of time making phone calls and watching cable news in the dining room adjoining the Oval. Then he's back to the residence for more phone calls and more TV. Take these random examples from this week's real schedule: On Tuesday, Trump has his first meeting of the day with Chief of Staff John Kelly at 11am. He then has "Executive Time" for an hour followed by an hour lunch in the private dining room. Then it's another 1 hour 15 minutes of "Executive Time" followed by a 45 minute meeting with National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster. Then another 15 minutes of "Executive Time" before Trump takes his last meeting of the day — a 3:45pm meeting with the head of Presidential Personnel Johnny DeStefano — before ending his official day at 4:15pm.

On Thursday, the president has an especially light schedule: "Policy Time" at 11am, then "Executive Time" at 12pm, then lunch for an hour, then more "Executive Time" from 1:30pm. Trump's schedule wasn't always like this. In the earliest days of the Trump administration it began earlier and ended later. Trump would have breakfast meetings (e.g. hosting business leaders in the Roosevelt Room). He didn't like the longer official schedule and pushed for later starts. The morning intelligence briefing ended up settling around 10:30am.
But I thought Trump is the "High energy" president.
On Thursday, the president has an especially light schedule: "Policy Time" at 11am, then "Executive Time" at 12pm, then lunch for an hour, then more "Executive Time" from 1:30pm.
This sounds like a goddamn preschool schedule.
Why is it whenever Trump's actual day-to-day life is described he sounds like an obese toddler he has to ride around in a little cart everywhere while everyone walks, he eats obscene amounts of mcdonalds/soda, he needs lots of "me time", he needs his daily briefings to have lots of pictures and compliments about what a smart and good big boy he is this is not an adult human being
But I thought Trump is the "High energy" president.
And he said he wouldn't be out playing golf all the time like Obama because he'd be so busy, just working all the time.
And he said he wouldn't be out playing golf all the time like Obama because he'd be so busy, just working all the time.
According to T_D, when he golfs, he is working.

Lower energy, sadder! [editline]7th January 2018[/editline] Watch, fox and friends will get extended another hour
uhhhhh
He was quoting an article, but took 16 minutes inbetween to post the second half of the quote.
Christ, imagine if he makes it to the end of his term. The President woke up today at a sprightly 2:20 PM, had meetings for fifteen minutes, then watched Teen Titans Go for about 6 hours. He played PUBG until around 10:30 PM before getting tuckered out. The White House nanny took him to his room for bedtime afterwards. It was a productive Monday.
He was quoting an article, but took 16 minutes inbetween to post the second half of the quote.
he had to order another mcd's in between those tweets, it's important presidency work, okay?
What did the tweets say? I thought he wasn't allowed to delete tweets
He was quoting an article, but took 16 minutes inbetween to post the second half of the quote.
"Better post this mans email address to the thousands of supporters and millions of disapproving Americans that follow me. That seems like a good idea!" [editline]7th January 2018[/editline] Did I just get fucking ninjad by trump

No wonder he gets his intel from Fox News, Kelly can't get him to sit down for a detailed intelligence briefing unless he promises Donnie gets to push the big red button.
I bet someone has to spoon-feed him.
What did the tweets say? I thought he wasn't allowed to delete tweets
He's not allowed to, but he has countless times. Why would the all-GOP run government dare to possibly hold our beloved God Emperor of the United States accountable?
What did the tweets say? I thought he wasn't allowed to delete tweets
Congress is really bad at providing any oversight to the president right now.
So every one of his work days is shorter than a full-time hourly employed individual. Well.
What did the tweets say? I thought he wasn't allowed to delete tweets
I've seen him delete so many that I wasn't even aware this was a rule
ive got a lot of "executive time" myself
On Thursday, the president has an especially light schedule: "Policy Time" at 11am, then "Executive Time" at 12pm, then lunch for an hour, then more "Executive Time" from 1:30pm.
I've had days at internships that basically went like this because there was fuck-all to do sometimes. The fact that the motherfucking President has 'fucking around' time scheduled for most of his day is mindblowing.
neets voted in a neet president truly a new age for america
Wow, I suddenly relate to Donald Trump, I also waste 10 hours of the day before even attempting to start doing anything productive. [sp]Please help me, my life is spiraling out of control.[/sp]
uhhhhh
is it just me or are those tweets gone? did anyone 'cap em?
But I thought Trump is the "High energy" president.
of course! but being so high energy is really tuckering him out, hence all the rest breaks he needs.
But I thought Trump is the "High energy" president.
He was, but he's reaching the end of his self-described "finite energy" that everyone apparently has.

It might sound shitty, but food service is a really good way to not get bored and also get paid. Stressful, but if it's a more personal restaurant setting, it can be emotionally rewarding.
Guy can't even work a 6 hour day and he's calling the refugees who he's ordered to be expelled from this country lazy.
Guy can't even work a 6 hour day and he's calling the refugees who he's ordered to be expelled from this country lazy.
Who's surprised that a guy who never had to work a day of hard labor in his life because he was born into money would call everyone else lazy?
