[release][h2]What is The Apprentice?[/h2]The Apprentice is a British reality TV show in which 16 candidates compete for the prize of a £250,000 sum of money to start a business in a 50/50 partnership with Lord Alan Sugar, a business magnate who owns Viglen, Amsprop and Amshold, and previously owned Amstrad. The current series (2011) is Series 7. Every week, the candidates, who are split into two teams (Team Logic and Team Venture) have to complete a task and whichever team wins the task, normally by making more profit from whatever business related thing the task may involve, are 'safe' and get a treat, and the losing team are brought back into the boardroom to discuss their failure and one candidate from the team gets 'fired'. The teams select a Project Manager for each task who leads the team. If a team loses, the Project Manager has to choose 2 other people from the team whom he/she thought the failure was caused by, and one of the 3 gets 'fired' (eliminated). They're all a bunch of cunts, I can never abide apprentice competitors because all they do is complain about other people, big themselves up and never take responsibility when it all goes tits up. [editline]11th June 2011[/editline] good tv mind
