My oh my, hasn't this been an interesting night? Well, if you're just tuning in, earlier today, Eurogamer stumbled upon an image that supposedly leaked various unannounced Vita titles: Monster Hunter Portable 3, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, GTA: Vice City Nights, and Tales of Innocence R. While these games, sans GTA which isn't real, have been released in Japan on either the PSP or Vita, only one of them--Tales of Innocnce--could currently have a chance to come to the US as a Vita title. Regardless, the news spread like wildfire as other gaming outlets--IGN, Joystiq, Kotaku, and Gamespot--all reported on the rumored leak, with Joystiq even labeling it as confirmed. Well, things got even more interesting when it was proven that the image that started this whole ordeal, was fake. What's even more embarrassing is that this was photoshopped together by none other than 4Chan. So what have we learned today? If you're going to report about something that is a rumor, don't lie about it, and don't believe everything you hear on the internet, especially if it hasn't been confirmed by an official representative of the product in question. More information, as well as some rather interesting comments, can be read over at the NeoGaf thread! I literally just read another article about Monster Hunter Vita and then this pops up.
Pretty obvious it was fake. GTA will come out eventually on the vita though, as well as monster hunter.
Instantly knew this was fake. The odds of so many anticipated games for Vita being leaked in a single screenshot is phenomenally low.
Coouldn't they at least confirm that it was true before jumping to conclusions? I mean really, a random guy sends you an image to so many titles that probably wouldn't happen in u.s and you instantly believe its true What were they thinking at the time..?

I'm finally going to get that raise!"
anyone else getting a sense of deja vu?
has this happened before?
The GTA was a dead giveaway.
