There are a few prerequisites, though
-Needs windows, so no chrome books
-I'd like hdmi output for home theatre use, not going to be its main purpose but I want I watch streams on my tv every once in a while
-Bluetooth and wireless N
I won't be playing any games except maybe minecraft sometimes and a bunch of nancy drew point and click games that can run on a toaster. It's mainly just a web browsing/occasional htpc if I get frustrated with roku or I want Linux diatros on my tv
It really depends on your budget. There's not really such a thing as a decent netbook, at a low price anyway.
Atoms are crap and AMD's e-series are not much better at all.
I know Acer do a reasonably priced 11.6 i3 ULV netbookish thing that seems to get decent enough reviews.
