I played Road Rash 64 for hours and hours with friends, and I played it on the 3DO in the 90's.
It's just fun to kick someone into an obstacle doing 160 miles per hour and watching the carnage you know is being inflicted to their bodies
Fuck. I want a new Road Rash so bad. I still occasionally play the first two on Genesis with buddies.
Hopefully they weren't porting 64 and instead were porting the one from the PS1. If they scrapped a 64 HD re-release then they are fuckin mental

The best was stungun/cattleprodding someone and watching them flail helplessly into oncoming traffic. Pool cue in the tires was also hella rewarding

article doesn't state how far into development the game was so it could have just been a handful of models and a single track.
