I seem to have an extremely annoying internet connection problem where I'll be connected to the router, but there's no internet. I don't think it's an external problem, because when this happens, I'm not even able to connect to the router settings page, and it can't be my computer because other devices seem to loose connection, too.
Try a friend/relatives spare router.
Could be external but being that part of the interface becomes inaccessible points to the unit itself.
