Well I got this new monitor today, set it up, plugged everything in and when I try to use it, it flickers. It started off fine but after about 3 mins the monitor started to go off for about 1 second and come on for about 1/5 a second continuously, can somebody help me? The monitor is a:

See driver settings for monitor refresh rate. Also, in monitor config, try disabling automatic source search.

Use the monitor buttons. You should have a menu button, should be easy from there on. Also check the refresh rate in those settings aswell.
