I would love to hear some opinions here. I honestly cant be considered a pro builder.
what do you plan to use this for is the main question?
What I suggest you do is head over to the PC Building forum. Go on. It's down there.
I don't remember asrock's mobos being that much cheaper than other brands for 1155, look at Asus and MSI's offerings (especially the P67A-G43 and P67A-GD65) and make sure it's P67 not H67
if this build is just for gaming you don't need 8GB RAM, 4 will be enough unless you're doing rendering or something similar
don't bother with a velociraptor, get an SSD
the only 2TB spinpoints I know of are slower green drives, you should have at least one fast drive (Spinpoint F3, 500GB or 1TB) for load times and you can leave green drives for music/photos/movies/other general storage
depending on the prices of the specific site you're using, a 6950 1GB may be a better option than the 560
consider spending a little more for a modular PSU like the XFX black edition or Silverstone Strider+, at this price point the PSUs will come with a lot of cables you won't use and being able to remove these cables means less clutter restricting airflow and less pain while trying to build
the SpinQ is overpriced ricer shit, a 2500k will be fine on a hyper 212+

If he's spending more on a psu, wouldn't it be a better idea to get something like a corsair AX series or TX v2?
80+ gold costs too much extra to be worth it IMO
and the TXv2 is still a non-modular octopus of a PSU, and IIRC uses the exact same internals as the XFX with the main difference being the XFX is modular

this is assuming the OP actually means TX, because corsair's VX line only includes it's non-modular 450w and 550w
