It's probably the assumption that most alien armies are overpowered compared to modern-day armies. (Lazers vs. Bullets hovering tanks vs. normal tanks etc etc..) But not all alien armies are like that. You could have an alien army that's as modern as a human army, right? Just because they're aliens doesn't mean they're gonna be more advanced than you. But that's just my guess. I have no idea why you said so.
I will take alien army but they can't use hoving robots and shit

They hover , but that's only it , they're not overpowered and still can be destroyed like normal tanks , and they don't fly from one map end to the another , hell , they even have worse aim than the normal ones.
