So when is Microsoft going to make a Heavy Rain killer?
So when is Microsoft going to make a Heavy Rain killer?
They already did, it's named Ryse. [sp]Because it's all QTE's[/sp]
Unfortunately, Cage says that Microsoft "got scared"
I've got to be honest, I dont really trust David Cage to give the complete truth about this.
David Cage explained that Microsoft wanted to work with the studio after the release of Indigo Prophecy, a game "they really loved."
Looking back at Indigo Prophecy, I am fucking baffled at how many positive reviews there were for such a nonsensical game. It's like they played only the first part and missed where it turns to undead neo fighting the Mayans and their lackey the resident evil 4 merchant and the internet.
Fahrenheit was a great game up until the supernatural shit kicked in
They already did, it's named Ryse. [sp]Because it's all QTE's[/sp]
Britannia is the origami killer
He probably assumed the scandal was about the serial killer stealing children, when in fact it was because Madison got into the same underwear she took off after having a shower. :v:
Fahrenheit was a great game up until the supernatural shit kicked in
the beginning bits were very tense, especially the apartment scene. i really liked that game up until it got really bizarre
the beginning bits were very tense, especially the apartment scene. i really liked that game up until it got really bizarre
Apparently, it was supposed to be a longer series than just one game, but enough people probably thought it wasn't going to do well enough to last that long, so they compressed pretty much the whole thing into one game. Might have turned out better if there was a more gradual and better explained shift into weirdness.
Fahrenheit was a great game up until the supernatural shit kicked in
I find it hilarious how, at the literal halfway point, the game just totally loses it's shit. The first half of the game was pretty awesome, then it got insane.
How could you turn down such a great game?

Might have turned out better if there was a more gradual and better explained shift into weirdness.
it was supposed to be a series of 12 episodic like games that built on a really interesting and deep plot, but as you said, people didn't think it would work so they basically cut and paste all the best bits from each plot and made one game. one really fucking weird game.
No one played omikron but me? Bizarre is the norm for his games. Two souls will have a mindfuck near the end.
How could you turn down such a great game?
I almost pissed myself when Madison ran in. "Ethan!" "SHAUN!"
How could you turn down such a great game?
Oh god this happened to my friend while he was in the mall and Jason disappeared.
