John McCain blames ILLEGAL Mexican immigrants for starting Arizona wildfires.

[release]A U.S. Forest Service official said today there is no evidence that illegal immigrants started some of the wildfires in Arizona, as Sen. John McCain had claimed.
Tom Berglund, spokesman for the federal group managing the Wallow fire that McCain toured Saturday, said the cause of the fire has been determined as "human," specifically an "escaped campfire," meaning the campfire sparked beyond the confines of the rocks containing it.
Two "subjects of interest" have been spoken to, but as of now, no suspect has been named, Berglund said. When asked if there is substantial evidence that some fires were caused by illegal immigrants, as McCain said at a news conference Saturday, Berglund said: "Absolutely not, at this level."
"There's no evidence that I'm aware, no evidence that's been public, indicating such a thing," he said.
"We are concerned about, particularly, areas down on the border where there is substantial evidence that some of these fires are caused by people who have crossed our border illegally," McCain said Saturday at a press conference, according to CNN. "The answer to that part of the problem is to get a secure border.
"They have set fires because they want to signal others. They have set fires to keep warm and they have set fires in order to divert law enforcement agents and agencies from them," McCain said.
McCain offered no evidence to substantiate his claims, however, prompting criticism from Latino civil rights advocates.
Randy Parraz, a civil rights advocate who ran unsuccessfully against McCain as a Democratic candidate in 2010, was quick to deny McCain's accusations, calling them "carless and reckless."
"It's easier to fan the flames of intolerance, especially in Arizona," Parraz said.
"The degree of irresponsible political pandering by Sen. McCain has no limits," Angelo Falcon, the president of the National Institute for Latino Policy, told CNN. "With the lack of evidence, he might as well also blame aliens from outer space for the fires."
The Wallow fire, which has burned 511,118 acres of land according to InciWeb, an online database that tracks natural disasters. On Saturday, it was about 38 percent contained, according to the Arizona Republic, but authorities are concerned about high winds. The 200 residents of Luna, N.M., located seven miles away from the Arizona border, were evacuated on Saturday.
The Wallow fire is one of five wildfires currently being battled in Arizona, including the Monument fire in southern Arizona, which destroyed dozens of homes last week.[/release]

Because a bigger border wall means lesser fires. :downs:
maybe he's senile
lol. :ese:
Mexicans raped my dog and ate my sister.
And remember... only killing Mexicans can prevent forest fires!
[sp]Don't worry, Mexicans are totally cool in my book! Bro![/sp]
Hey let's have more excuses to hate minorities!
Because illegal Mexicans are the only people that make campfires.

Blame the Native Americans
Come on McCain, I might not have voted for you but I like you for the sheer reason you're one of the less hardcore Republicans. But holy dog feces this is just stupid.
It seems to me that no matter how bad Obama may have screwed up or may screw up in the future, he will never even come close to being as much of a loser as McCain would have been.
Don't you guys see?!

You're all liberal-media-brainwashed-sheeple. This makes perfect sense to those who aren't.
I blame John McCain for being a fucking retard.
At least I'm fucking right.
....What happen to the awesome McCain BEFORE his run for presidency.
And to think this dumbass ran for President.

No joke. Every time someone tries to convince me I made a bad choice, I simply point to John McCain and reply, "Really?"
watch it turn out to be a white arizonian

Can you accurately predict how he would have done - if so, that's pretty admirable.

o ok i guess we should expect him to shrug off his moronic campaign stances once elected
Can you accurately predict how he would have done - if so, that's pretty admirable.
considering that he is a conservative and thus has ass backwards views, I think it's safe to assume he would've done a shitty job and continued promoting mainly the same things bush did
Can you accurately predict how he would have done - if so, that's pretty admirable.
I can guarantee that if that inbred prick had become the president of the US, we would be in an even deeper hole than we were before.
Honestly. Try and tell me that I am wrong.
Actually Caboose if we had walls like that all across the border immigration may actually decrease a bit, it would also create jobs for the guards who live along the border :3
Good idea?

They'll just deploy the National Guard. No gain
Actually Caboose if we had walls like that all across the border immigration may actually decrease a bit, it would also create jobs for the guards who live along the border :3

terrible idea because:
1) it wouldn't create any jobs
2) it'd cost a shitload of money
3) it wouldn't be effective
4) it wouldn't solve the real problem behind all of this: the immigration system is fucked and needs to be overhauled. building some wall solves absolutely nothing and deflects attention away from the real problem.

If he has ass-backwards ideals out of office how can you expect him to perform competently in office?

Hate to burst your bubble McCain, but even if Mexicans have campfires, they would be heading towards Tucson or Phoenix. It would be idiotic to head directly towards the New Mexico, and Arizona border.
What, we've got here is a bunch of people in the North probably playing with fireworks during the high wind season, causing hot canisters too start fires on buffalo grass or just some camper simply not obeying the standard, "rock circle" procedure.
And to think this dumbass ran for President.
That's not even the worst of it... The really sick part is that the GOP let him.

I hate to sound like a prick... Are you a complete fucking retard? It would not create jobs, it'll actually decrease them, not to mention if you would pay attention to history, Russia tried the same fucking thing with the Berlin Wall. What happened? They failed. It actually caused some Warsaw Pact members to go bankrupt for a small period. Also guess what happened? People just got more creative... They realized, "Well fuck we can't go through/over the wall... How about we just go airbourne/dig under the wall?" thus defeating the purpose of the wall automatically.
We're doing the same exact thing they did in Berlin, and we'll fail in the same exact fashion. If you wish too help Mexico, and America in a way which will stop un-needed violence on both sides of the border heres whatcha gotta do.
- Stabalize the region. [End the drug war, make drugs legal on both sides]
- Create jobs. [May seem hard, but it's really not... By stopping the drug war you'll free the region from mass-chaos and re-allow tourist to enter the region. Not to mention the drug war caused so much destruction as is, that construction can make way to rebuild buildings, monuments, and community centers. With that all being up-headed a mass industrial revolution could take front in both Mexico, and America therefore stabalizing both economies.. Not to mention the mass profit gained from marijuana, and coco leaf farms.]
A lot of things can be self-explaintory but saying, "JUST BUILD A BIGGER WALL" makes you look like a damn idiot. Mexico, and USA can become economical, and socialized allies just as much as Canada and USA.
Remember the old saying which ended the War of 1812? May these gates never be closed. I say we end the drug war in the same fashion... May the gates to Mexico, and the United States of America never be closed!
Wouldn't surprise me if it was a mexican, black man, white man, jew, muslim or perhaps even a eskimo that started the fire. Hell it might even been me!
Perhaps it was lightning, god did punish us all for our sins.
