Maybe it's just me, but a max sentence of 27 seems pretty low considering he had gone to great lengths in preparation.

Fuck these people, and anyone like them. I can't imagine what it would be like to have my little brother or sister kidnapped, or even targets for kidnapping, and subjected to this. Out of all of the things i've seen on the internet, it's stuff like this that makes me sick.
