Yeah, it is slow, we might pick up the tempo, but only slightly. It's meant to be slow and to slowly build and than slowly decend.
All 5 parts are tubas. If anyone really cares, the highest note is a C# above the staff.
If you're wondering what a tuba fanfare is, it's a song that only tubas play in.
It sounds boring and simplistic and it's on a tuba.

Depends on what you mean by simplistic. The rhythms are actually pretty odd. A lot of notes coming in on the e's and ans of beats.
And tuba is easily one of the funnest instruments to play during marching. :v:
