Syrian Government ready for UN to investigate possible chemical weapons use

It's been quite a long time since the supposed attack so I'm not sure how convincing any evidence found would be.

Syria asked for a UN investigation right after the attack occurred in March so it's not as if they're trying to taint the evidence deliberately. Preliminary findings from the UN have already indicated that the Syrian rebels used chemical weapons such as Sarin gas.
