Any good headphones for gaming, like whats the best kind you can get? I have seen the Logitech ones and I really like those. (User was banned for this post ("Wrong section and we have a dedicated thread for these." - BANNED USER))
I suggest The Turtle Beaches Z6a for light to med. gaming. They have 4 speakers in each ear piece and the artistic style is very nice. There are better ones out there but I enjoy these because I think the other ones are a bit expensive for their interface
I'm probably getting these Sennheiser PC 330, the sound quality is reportedly great and they're said to be surprisingly durable for their price-class.
You'd be better off posting this in the H&S section (actually under Headphones megathread,) but a protip is to NOT buy headsets. They are marked up just for having a microphone and the quality is never that great. Just get a set of headphones (Creative Aurvana Live! are my favorite/the ones I have now, $100) and a Zalman clip-on microphone ($12.99) or an AntLion Modmic, ($32.95, but amazing quality and customer service!) which would be lower and better than the headset you listed. [editline]8th December 2012[/editline] http://www.head-fi.org/ This is also a very great website on choosing headphones in your price range. They have a rating system along with a bunch of audiophiles who know there sound. I'd suggest asking them. Just don't post the headsets, you'll get the same reaction.
Do NOT get a headset. Ever. Get a good pair of headphones and a separate desktop mic.

I'm a quite an unlucky person when it comes to headphones - they always bloody break. My current pair haven't broken for the longest time yet so I recommend them if you are as unlucky (clumsy) as me: http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-981-000214-Stereo-Headset-H110/dp/B003H4QPJQ As for comfort I'd recommend bush hs-320 headset these: http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/330774787168 (couldn't find anywhere online that sold it but I bought mine at argos)

I have the Logitech G930 (as pictured in the OP) and I have to say, I'm in love with it. For the past few days I've been trying to find a replacement and I just simply could NOT do it. I've tried the Razer Kraken, no, the Razer BlackShark, hell no... I wasn't going to fork out the extra bit of cash for the Tiamat, but I'm sure its just as bad. Nothing stood up as good as my Logitech ones, so I bought a new pair and I'm happy as ever. The booming surround sound is insane, you can operate different levels of it through the software as well as an advanced equalizer for enhanced audio. The macro keys are pretty useful for Touch-to-speak like Vent or TeamSpeak. You can get the wired set for about $115 off of Amazon. I own the wireless which ran me about $160.
To be honest nothing has matched using my studio headphones along with a professional or desktop microphone alongside it. Headsets just tend to either break or be of a generally low quality for their price.
Audio Technica Headphones, M-50s. [editline]9th December 2012[/editline] I have them in the white flavor with the spiral half-chord.
