Is this the best they can come up with?
Isn't that what Air Force One is for
Might want to hold off on the sensationalist articles.
uhh no shit
why is this such a bad thing he does this all the time
Hmmmmm, an interesting point though. That would actually give the president a huge advantage over other candidates... if the other candidates weren't part of the super wealthy.

It costs taxpayer money!
Anything that deals with taxpayer money is bad, don't you know!? The GOP told me so!
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Air Force One SUPPOSED to be used to shuttle the president around?

Not when it costs money to operate, duh.
um they have a point
it cost taxpayers 1.6 million for him to promote himself
Guys, you have to remember. Fox and friends.
The only time they said anything worth any value is when they talked about bronies.

Yeah! We could have bought another APC with that much!
It was built for white presidents only.

I can't believe that some sad asshole has to sit there and bitch about how a flight across the U.S. costs money.

What about the shoes though?

I like how he emphasized that he did math.

This
it's not exactly fair and it adds to the huge problem where it's basically impossible for anyone but the very wealthy to run for president

Actually I think that's only half a Bradley. And Bradley's suck.
is it actually possible for fox news to have a timeslot that isnt so retarded it can give a hemorrhage
He is using government and taxpayer resources to buff his campaign (be in other places extremely quickly therefor giving him a advantage.)
I am opposed.

Wow, you're getting incredibly aggravated over a rather valid point. Why should he be allowed to spend tax payer money to fund his campaign?
is it actually possible for fox news to have a timeslot that isnt so retarded it can give a hemorrhage
Not fox news, it's a talk show
I believe air force one is meant mostly for emergencies If I recall correctly
Hmmmmm, an interesting point though. That would actually give the president a huge advantage over other candidates if the other candidates weren't part of the super wealthy.
So does being an incumbent.
almost as bad as when some guy on/featured on fox was attacking obama for requesting a kind of mustard while ordering food
$180,000 isn't a lot of money considering the overall expenditures and revenue of the government. Mr. Fox News, you can do math, but so can I.
If 180,000 dollars is how much it cost per week, then it costs 9,360,000 year to operate (and I'm assuming he used really high costs, so I'll say this is the worst case scenario.). If the Air Force One was completely scrapped, and the President started taking Greyhound buses around the country, then we would get all that money back, and I bet that's fox's motive behind this. We want our money back. Okay. Since there's no real way to tell who paid for what when it comes to taxes, we'll just give it back evenly (and it should average out anyways).
So, some more simple math. $9,360,000 spend a year, divided by 300,000,000 (that's assuming 12 million people don't pay taxes, which is probably not true.) equals $0.0312.
Wow fox, you made a news story because we spend 3.12 cents a year so that the president can travel around the country and the world on his plane.

A talk show called Fox & Friends owned by Fox News.
Better watch out for Gary Oldman...
A talk show called Fox & Friends owned by Fox News.
Yes, but it's not part of their news report; it's a separate show where they have some people on to discuss the news and offer their opinions
A talk show called Fox & Friends owned by Fox News.
Which is hosted on Fox News Channel :v:

It's a shame it costs 180,000 per hour of flight, not per week. So there goes all your math.
