How do steam betas work? I've chosen to be in a few and I've read that if it's a beta for a game it should appear in your game list but hat has not been the case for me.

I think the beta for the game only appears if you own the game.
Ahh alright, thanks... I've signed up for multiple game betas and hell even tried out the steam beta client and still nothing happend no updates nothing changed...anyways thanks.

if you do the steam client beta it should just say "updating steam platform" like usual
you probably wont notice any changes though.
