My laptop has a webcam built into it, but it didn't come with any still or video capturing software. Anyone have any suggestions on decent, safe software I could use to take pictures and videos with a generic webcam?

I've been having problems with this as of late; it likes to hog the camera from all other programs, essentially making it useless until you restart the computer.

Still useful, though.
I use YawCam for drivers. And Manycam for editing the picture.

I've never had that problem, but it does lock the camera I guess for security purposes.
