Hello, I recently found this in my basement. Is it a capture card? I've never seen a connector it would fit into. Its so you can hook your computer to your TV.
It's just a component to s-video converter that would let you connect your computer to a tv, among other things. It looks like it came with a graphics card, given the nVidia logo on it.
possibly this? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S-video#9-pin_Video_In.2FVideo_Out also augh img_thumb those pictures
Thanks, Didn't recognize the 9-pin connector,
It was a HDTV output used on the old Nvidia cards. (7*00 -8*00 series I believe.) It was also used as an input for some of the cards.
My 9800GT came with one of these, I had my TV set as an extra monitor.
