Yeeeeeeees.
SEX SEX SEX
CAN'T PLACE THAT THERE, M'LORD.
This policy of no-taxes is the least we could expect!
Your castle is on fire my leige, what the fuck is that shit? I thought it was made of rocks? [editline]28th June 2011[/editline] [quote]and with a beta due next month there’s not long to wait[/quote] Yesssss
Holy shit I remember this. Fucking wolves man.
Morning Your Lordship! [editline]29th June 2011[/editline] I remember the humor from the first game. It was fun
No taxes is good taxes, thats my motto! [editline]28th June 2011[/editline] No taxes is one thing, but uhhh what about a-a small gift....Go onnnn
I remember playing the first one a long time ago. "AAAAAAARRRRRR"
I only played Stronghold 2 and I was disappointed. It was way too hard for my taste. I believe it was the first or second mission in the peaceful campaign where I was stuck already. The enemy was too fast and killed me within minutes/seconds. If it won't be much easier for beginners, I'll say no thanks.
Really looong time ago. When I was 10.
Wood, M'Lord. Its kind of... woody!
Uhm... Ehm... Wait. WAIT. Stronghold 3? Give me it. NOW.
The only downside I see is the capturing area system they used in Stronghold 2, unless of course you can actually build walls and towers there aswell. It felt too restricted to only have the small area I could actually build everything in, especially in multiplayer. (mind you I never really played much singleplayer)
As long as they haven't fucked up the formula, instant buy.

You really just need to play it a lot before you can really get onto fighting enemies.
I hope they bring back the method of using one voice actor for EVERYONE like they did in stronghold 1.
As long as the building goes back to a Crusader type thing where you just build wherever you want without being restricted to the dumb area system in 2.
Awesome was not expecting this! I hope we can make bigger castles and bigger armies.
I remember this one Crusader map where it was an 8 player island with the center being a lion infested forest.
Hopefully incorporates much more from 1 and Crusaders than 2/Legends
It better have pitch fields. Pitch fields were the fucking bomb.
All I care about is that the castles really feel strong, instead of just grid'd building type things that are easy to break through. I remember there being times in Crusader where I'd look at a huge enemy castle and just want to give up due to the size of the walls and the number of defenders on it.
Stronghold Crusader was one of the first games for the PC I've ever played. The Stronghold series is so awesome!
Here's how my experience with Stronghold 2 went Ah I'll place this here, and that there, oh it'll look great, now let's look at ... oh god damnit, a Stone Building is in my field of view, my framerate is now dead for no reason

Your popularity, is rising! I loved Stronghold.
Loved stronghold 1 and Crusader but hated the second one.
The older ones were actually better, so far all the 3d ones sucked.
