Do you like exercising in short bursts, or all at once? For example, if you had to do, say, 30 minutes of strength training every day, would you do it in 10-minute-bursts, or all 30 minutes at once? I'm asking because I want to know what is best style for me to use.

10 minute bursts of strength training? Do you mean supersets? If so, you definitely don't do them for 10 minutes, and judging by your apparent lack of knowledge on lifting, you should research strenth training routines for beginners.

I enjoy lifting I know i am a bit extreme
I love different kind of exercise style such like a Firstly Do Warms-ups, then do little exercise to high level exercise. Aerobic or cardio both styles are good. I really enjoys some kind of dips, push-ups, jumping, double dump ball etc.
