I think that's like 1 of the 2 sides of Steam. One is the collection of gamers who do a fair bit of community stuff and who own more than 3 games on Steam whilst the other is the guy who plays Football Manager on his laptop every so often. I have a mate who's like that.
I'm probably generalising too much but you get what I'm saying.
I remember reading an article that said that this is the most played game in the UK

I'm still playing Football Manager 2013 because four of us all play online on a save, now we're in the year 2030. I'll be getting the 2015 one, but think we'll all be sticking with 2013 as we've invested so much time into it.

Its not suprising it has this many hours. Its one of those games that only those football freaks love and therefor most of those players barely own any other steam games. And they just leave the game on all day beceuse its a manager game. This article is just to get fucking popularity more.
