96.52% is quite shocking. That seems to me like trying to be a videogame voice actor is one hell of a difficult career.
I can't say I'm surprised, though. AAA publishers are known to cut costs wherever possible and squeeze money out, and those voice actors end up having to say a lot of things for not much pay. Especially these days where even huge RPGs like Witcher 3 are fully voiced.

That voice fatigue stuff sounds pretty brutal, but I'm still unsure about that royalty thing. Maybe it is far different in a AAA environment where it could be more reasonable, but I feel like it's a bit hard on small developers if it were to apply to them too.
Then again if it were too hard on the small developers, they probably wouldn't be looking for someone like Will Wheaton or Nolan North to do their voice acting.
As a man getting into a voice acting career, this sounds like shit but i still want to do it
