• Brand new GPU fans failing to work

This problem recently happened completely out of the blue a few minutes ago, my GPU GeForce GTX 970's fans decided to stop working. I have no idea why, and I've tried unplugging, then plugging it back in, my PSU provides plenty of power. Just the fans can't spin for some reason. They struggle to, like they twitch here and there but they just can't. This all happened after a recent restart of my PC too, a casual normal one. I opened up the case since I saw my GPU is rather hot (using speccy) and saw the fans failing to run. So I restarted again, just to be safe, the fans spun but only for a few seconds during start up then they stop and start twitching as if they're trying to start up again but can't. I'm not sure if this GPU has a smart fan, or if it came defected. But I've had it for a little over a month. Is there any possible fix to this or do I need to replace the GPU? EDIT: Nevermind, it's solved, I see this card has a smart fan.
Yeah I have almost the same GPU (FTW edition), the cooling is passive up to 60C, then the fans kick in and it hovers around 75C under load. I wish they'd rev up a bit more, 75C seems a bit high to me, but I guess if it's designed like that it should be fine
