Hey, i want to build a gaming PC to play company of heroes 2, i don't need Hard Drive or windows, the budget is £400 GBP.
It's for my old man so it shouldn't matter about going mad.

This do the job?
It doesn't include a monitor, keyboard or mouse but I dont know if you wanted that included
Easily, yes sorry for leaving that detail out, we already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse.
Thanks.
It's a hair over budget, but will offer better performance. The Z97 board is pointless as you cannot overclock the chosen CPU. I also always recommend RAM with a heatsink. The PSU is of better quality, and the GPU will offer better performance.
I also always recommend RAM with a heatsink.
The only type of memory that really needed a heatsink was Rambus. Heatsinks on DDR, DDR2 and DDR3 are almost always superficial unless they're running at non-standard higher voltages or really tight timings.

I still recommend them nonetheless as at most it's a couple bucks. Any sort of fancy heatsink is pointless, but I still would just spend the small amount of money to be safe.
The power supply is massive for that build isn't it?
I have an i5 4670k and a 770, and i only use a 500w
Price wise there's nothing really of that quality for less.
