Ok so not long ago I lost my iPod Touch and have kind of given up on finding it lately. However I think I can see that somebody is using it because when I log into iTunes new songs will pop up on the list that aren't on my computer as well as new apps and such.
Basically I want to know if I really can see that somebody is using it and is there any way I can use that to my advantage to find it?
You can track it using Find My iPod:

You can track its location (assuming it's registered with your Apple ID), send it a message, or remotely wipe it if you desire.
If they already wiped it you're probably out of luck, though.

Problem is, I think my MobileMe subscription ran out
It shouldn't matter, Find My iPod is free whether you have a MobileMe subscription or not.
