Dong is the biggest wind power producer in Europe. "The future belongs to renewable energy sources, and therefore we're now converting the last of our coal-fired power stations to sustainable biomass," said CEO Henrik Poulsen in a statement.
Energy giant dong hehhehehe Also good fuck coal, go green baby
This won't stop my friends and I making jokes about Dong Energy working with Siemens to build turbines. Nor joke about how Dong should do fracking, so they can say "Dong Energy - the best fracking company." In all seriousness, though, good on Dong for furthering their push for renewable energy.
wow a responsible energy company... why does it have to be so difficult?
Denmark's Dong to pull out
hur hurr hur hurhurruhurr
wow a responsible energy company... why does it have to be so difficult?
Because it doesn't benefit the big boy coal and oil companies. Won't anyone think of them?! Lead the charge, glorious Dong. [editline]3rd February 2017[/editline]
hur hurr hur hurhurruhurr
:weeb:
With all these countries backing out of non renewables what will America even sell to at this point?
wow a responsible energy company... why does it have to be so difficult?
A lot of energy companies outside of the US aim to be environmentally responsible, eg my electricity provider aims to maximise usage of renewables and minimise carbon emissions.
pulling out
I love when journalists do that
A lot of energy companies outside of the US aim to be environmentally responsible, eg my electricity provider aims to maximise usage of renewables and minimise carbon emissions.
Mine here in the US has put a decent push towards renewables. We've got whole areas around here that are powered 100% on renewable.

Anyway, go Dong.
:weeb:
Dong is a willy. And pull out is a method of contraception
