I'm glad to see many companies are getting involved into this market. I can see HUDs being a very big market in the future. Google has a great idea using bone conducting audio as to not disturb ambient sounds. It will be interesting to see how it will sound.

I immediately thought of Metal Gear Solid 2. I had no idea audio technology like this was actually feasible.

I remember reading a thread in SH a few weeks back about a company releasing headphones that used bone vibration. As I recall, someone mentioned that the quality in comparison to a traditional speaker is pretty bad.
