So I'll be forming a team within the hudson valley area, I'm not looking for Mil-Sim players or people who are hardcore airsoft and the best place to find players like so is here. This team would technically fall under IFAP but we'd be a division and act like we are the SS of IFAP. Besides that the basis of the team is the following. - You must live within CT,NY,NJ,PA We will be a technically "Tri-State" area but including PA cause PA has some good fields also. - No uniform requirements Uniform requirements will be none (For Now), The only time it may come into play is color sided teams. Take this into planning if you plan on joining the team or just want to roll with us. Another reason is we arn't going to be some super duper all look the same team. I'd rather have a group of guys who play well with the gear or loadouts they love and play well with each other then trying to teach new guys or force people to use stuff they may not like or takes lots of practice to get used to or is super duper expensive. - Dual Memberships allowed One thing i dislike is anger between airsoft communities and teams. You can be apart of this team and another team (Make sure your team is okay with it). All i ask is that when it comes to a game to preferably be on our group if your attending a game that your other team is also. - Practice/Trainings/Events We will attempt to host local trainings or non-airsoft events. Airsoft teams are not only created on the field but off the field. All of us going out to eat or just meeting up for a fun day/night is better then seeing each other once a month if we are lucky. The one thing that bothered me on these other airsoft teams is that some players i only saw maybe once every few months cause they couldn't make it to games and we never had any non-airsoft events. - Zero Drama Drama is what really kills airsoft for me. Hearing cross drama between teams and game hosts and stores just annoys me. Internal Team drama is a zero tolerance within the team. If you don't like something a civil debate about it can be had off the field. Hearing teams or arguing happening on field or just a rampage on the forums shows zero leadership within a team. - Ammo Dumps/Ordering Benefits Along with teams comes benefits, This team will feature ammo dump benefits where purchasing ammo between us will never be an issue. If we ever grow to have a person who plays with LMG's we all know they go through ammo like nothing and will support each other with supplying Ammo. I gladly store ammo like a beast and even hand out ammo to other players at games when need be. We will have team orders when multiple members want to order overseas to save on shipping. - So besides what's above we will have an addition patch according to IFAP's. Just like the US Army has different divisions we will wear the IFAP Patch then our division (CAPSALOT). CAPSALOT has a long standing history according to my gaming history as being a small group of guys who didn't care about anything but achieving there goals and killing and claiming territory in wurm online. This isn't an attempt to separate the IFAP Community but just have a division. If you don't wish to join the team but play with us we have zero issue with any of this. The whole point is just instead of showing up one or two at a game we can organize within the tri-state area as a team and play all together. Non-IFAP Members will be joining as well. Anyone wishing to join can do so by shooting me a PM and you'll receive some information about it. Team Members receive there patches for free. Eventually as the team develops more benefits will exist such as a Team armory that I will be working on myself to supply new airsoft players a gun to use or backups for our team. I understand IFAP is across the nation and other countries but this division focuses primarily on the tri-state area (including PA). It means no offense to anyone but mostly everyone within this area only travels within those states anyway and no further. Loadout wise it does say (For now), Most likely as the team developed we may eventually form some kind of loadout (Most likely only ever going to be color oriented never specific era or etc) but for now a team of individuals who work good together is better then a team that looks good together. I'm hopefully looking forward to having a team together to start playing together in the spring. There is no specific requirements besides be cool, enjoy the sport.

in the end we all get arrested, commit suicide, or move to argentina?

I can only get to HVA at the moment, or any field closer to Schenectady, NY than HVA. If that's fine, I'm in.

can Virginia be included?
Why not just have NEFAP and keep CAPSALOT separate? I'm not saying it's a bad idea so much as it just seems strange to mix two separate entities like that. A reboot of your old team with your fav airsoft subforum

A reboot of your old team with your fav airsoft subforum
cause it's an attempt to form a team that will attempt to attend in numbers. An entire NE Team isn't a bad idea at all but the thing is no one from the upper states will come to NJ just for a day of play whereas people surrounding NJ will usually come to a game, It's just an attempt for me to recruit for my own team really as non-IFAP members will be joining as well.
