15GB. Either the delta update maker broke, or the new racing mode, ships, and hangars really do constitute and ADDITIONAL 15GB on top of the 15GB or so pre-patch.

No, their update system is just stupid. It basically redownloads the game.

One of the reasons why I had to change from a 500GB internet plan to unlimited. Updating Star Citizen is ridiculous

Doesn't help that the launcher is slow as fuck and won't go over 1.2MB/s for me when I have 10x the download available. It's painfully slow for such a big game, especially when they do those big updates.
