Crusader Kings 2 Crashing on Startup

Everytime i try to launch crusader kings 2 it crashes on start up and gives me this message.

It also isn't just Crusader kings it's also affecting Saints row 3 as well it just takes a couple minutes after start up to crash and after that point it crashes immediately on start up.
Iv'e already updated my video card and checked for windows updates but it didn't solve anything.

Well tried that all it said was that i already have directx installed. So i had my computer go back to a restorepoint earlier in the day and it seems to be working fine now, no idea how because iv'e had this problem for a week.

Now i have new problem with the saints row, after it crashes for the first time it doesn't give a error message and if i try to start it again i end up blue-screening immediately after selecting to run it for Direct x 10/11.

Edit: Tried playing in direct x 9 still crashed and said the saints row 3 executable was at fault then the second time i played it it froze the computer
