Well the webslinging works, that's a plus.
The web slinging was the thing I enjoyed the most in Spider-Man 2 for the PS2. This game looks promising.
It doesn't look bad, but I'm not a fan of the animation and camera.
This reminds me of Spiderman 2. I rarely buy movie games but that one was really entertaining a fun to play.

Literally the entire game was built around the web slinging, literally : some guy made a proof-of-concept prototype, and it worked so well they built a game around it.
Also the previous Amazing Spider-man game wasn't too bad (it wasn't great either but it had some good stuff) so why not.

But the original game the mechanics were inspired by was a movie-tie in.
Also its Beenox, they make good spider-man games.

Also, its a tie-in, but like the first game, its a different story made by Beenox as a sequel to the movie.
Good webslinging.
Alternate costumes.
Open ended missions and free roaming.
I'm sold.
This looks fucking sick. I don't understand people who don't like spider-man. He easily has one of the coolest and most stylish powers in marvel. Spider-man has had a few pretty good games but he is over due to batman arkham city quality, there are just so many possibilities with his skill sets that are never fully utilized in games or they are just done very clunky.
Let's hope this game is good, but from the video they showed this does look pretty fun so far. I just don't hope they screw it up.
Looks like they're recycling the city, the animations and the majority of the mechanics from the last game so lets hope that means that they're making sure web slinging and fighting is much improved.
Also like that each costume has a unique attribute(s) reminds me of the old Spider-Man game!

I think Aunt May might catch on pretty fucking quickly when she finds your closet full of spider man outfits.
Does look pretty cool though, the swinging still isnt quite as fluid as Spiderman 2 but it looks promising.
I just want another Spiderman 2, is that too much to ask?
