Abreu denied saying anything inappropriate to the girls and told investigators they were making false allegations against him because he was the Bushwick school’s disciplinarian. When pressed, however, he acknowledged to the probers that none of the three had ever been disciplined. In a second interview he told investigators that one of the girls had been mad at him for giving advice to her boyfriend that she didn’t like. He could not be immediately reached for comment. Hard situation... There are instances of teachers trying to take advantage of students but there are also incentives and instances where students make up slanderous lies because they are upset and young and think irrationally... Hard to prove either in this case.

She thought teacher was serious. Student falls in love with teacher. Teacher realizes he's up shit creek. Teacher tells student it was a joke. Student gets angry. Student tells principal that teacher showed her his cock. Teacher never seen again. It was a shame too. The teacher was pretty awesome. Moral of the story: NEVER joke about stuff that can get you into trouble.

You could hear her from the hallway just throwing insults all over at him. She then turned around and claimed he molested her while they were in there alone. This was guy with three daughters, a 25 year marriage, and had been teaching his whole life. It took 10 years to clear the claims against him and he still can't ever teach again.
