I'm getting random ads popping up and internet explorer also coming up. Also when I click on google links I get sent to something entirely different. I'm running Malwarebytes Anti Malware, and I'm gonna try running the computer in safe mode. Anything else I should do?

Alright I've run rkill and it seems to have done its job. Now I need to wait for MBAM to finish.
