This is just a wild guess, but that may have had something to do with the fact that a jumbo jet didn't slam into it at high speeds and burning jet fuel didn't compromise its structural integrity. JUST a guess.

Not much else to do, can't spray water that high and the building isnt gonna collapse so yeah.
Afterwards it'll either get demolished or refurbished, depending on how bad the damage is.

You don't know how buildings work do you? That building has a lot of support. Otherwise it would have crushed itself a long time ago. The fire will damage the outside of the building but assuming it's a newer building and is up to code it will also have firewalls between each room slowing and limiting the damage greatly. And people here are right, a normal fire doesn't burn nearly as hot as jet fuel so the concrete and support beams won't give way. The worst that could happen would a huge chunk become a skeleton.
