Acceptable UGC and mods do not jeopardize the integrity of the gameplay or harm the experience of others.

UGC that effects the simulation for multiplay games and features are not allowed.
In other words, you can't mod the game you can only 'reskin' it with different textured buildings and such. Like seriously? Does anyone even care about this game anymore? last I checked the majority of people accepted that it's an unsalvageable mess.
The train-wreck never ends!
EA can suck a fat cock and choke on it, they are terrible. This is why I'm gravitating more and more towards indie games (and obviously the few larger companies that produce quality and give a shit that are left).
Aren't people still playing SimCity 4. It's way better than this shit.
Aren't people still playing SimCity 4. I haven't played SimCity since about 2 weeks after launch (two weeks after I payed for the game) It was boring and shitty then, and as far as I can tell it has changed very very little.
hey ea, how about instead of determining what players can and can't mod, just activate the fucking offline mode and make it so people can play offline i n lab mode, then you can have a bunch of awesome mods that completely fix your fuckups and people can still play togather building cities! too bad that has already been determined to be impossible [editline]1st October 2013[/editline] also isn't the next dlc basically fucking up balance for good because population density's can skyrocket and now residential buildings are also industrialised...
"SimCity (2013) is built to be moddable" "but only certain ones"
