• Tingling sensations in arms and legs when trying to sleep.

Every time I go to bed I am extremely irritated and made ridiculously uncomfortable by what I can only describe as a 'tingling' sensation in my arms and legs. Usually It's in only one leg or arm at a time and it clears away temporarily when I move the affected area, only to come back 20-30 seconds later. This has been happening for as long as I can remember, but has previously just been a on and off thing, experiencing it about once or twice a month. But for the past four days it has been intense and sleep depriving. I can't find anything about this online, but maybe I'm searching the wrong things. Does anyone else experience similar symptoms? Can anyone help as to tell me what it is or how I can cure it? It's currently seriously damaging my education as I am left tired and lethargic due to lack of sleep, resulting in me falling asleep in lessons. Edited note: I am up at 2AM posting this as a last resort on FP as I have just spent the last two hours trying to fall asleep to no success.
Probably restless arm/leg syndrome.
Doctor.
Cut em' off.
Sounds like too much :fappery:
Sleep paralysis. Let it come to you. If you do it right, you can have lucid dreams this way. But beware of waking up without being able to shut off your alarm because you can't move.
Maddening, isn't it? I don't know what I'd do without my Vicaden.
Sounds like too much :fappery:
:frog:
Ive never had this problem but it sounds like certain nerve endings are being compressed or pinched. trying lieing (lying? laying? i dont know) totally flat and see if it comes back. If your like me and sleep in the most ass-backwards positions than it could be nerve pinching, but judging from your avatar it could also be the weed.
Probably restless arm/leg syndrome.
Looked this up online and it most certainly sounds like what I am experiencing. Thanks so much!
Sounds like too much :fappery:
I'm sorry, but I can't really take you seriously anymore. <3
yeah ask your doctor bout that there's a prescription for it i dont remember what its called tho [editline]09:33PM[/editline] restless leg syndrome
Doctor.
no, no no...nurse. Take two of these before bed. No really, it's common medication reaction or restless leg. Any antidepressiants or atypical antipsychotics have it as a standard side effect...it can also be induced by stress, pain (I get it really bad some nights, because I'm in pain a lot due to medical problems), poor circulation, how you sleep, etc. In 99% of cases, though, it's stress. A nice relaxation procedure or short meditation-like procedure helps. Try taking deep breaths, slowly, trying to let your mind relax, and with each breath, feel a little bit more of you relax, starting from you extremeties. Usually it works by the time you get to your head; if not, do it several times, making sure you don't stress about stuff (it's caused particularly by low-level anxiety) Source: nutty friends, experience, etc.
That's communist.
no that's nazi. Communism kills with cold, fascism kills with hot (god, what I'd give for a "50 hitler + 50 stalin" lol)
