Rose is seeking $20 million in damages from sales of the Guitar Hero III. Activision has not responded to requests for comment.

Good, I hope Activision loses this one. They've had lawsuits with other artists; Nirvana (well, Courtney Love since she owns the rights to Curt and whatnot), and also with No Doubt, but I believe those two settled out of court..

From what I remember, he filed the lawsuit years ago when the game came out. There was some commotion then about this, but I think it took until now for something to finally happen.
