Now not only can you listen to Jack's voice more than you want to, but more than 3X what you want to!
As his name implies, he is actually a clone of Handsome Jack.
Nope.

The pre-sequel did so many things wrong with the story. They took the only likable character and revealed his actual face (and it's the most boring answer possible to a question that got a lot of fun theories all over the internet) and they gave backstory to characters that really didn't need any.

Another, kind of minor thing they got wrong, the Greater Good tree actually just buffs him when your allies go into FFYL. It's a skill tree centered around being a dick.
So, how much is this less-than-a-month-after-release-dlc?
I miss when Borderlands was Borderlands 1, which had spaced out campaign DLCs.

I'm pretty sure you can see Jack's face after the end of Borderlands 2.

$9.99, like any other character. Also to be fair, Borderlands 2 had DLC that released a month or so later, like Gage the Mechromancer and Captain Scarlett, which I think were in the same month actually.
$9.99
Wait what the fuck people buy this
holy shit no wonder they keep doing it
DLC should be free if it comes out <3 months after the release of the game. Honestly.

Disliking DLC is valid, but arbitrary bullshit like this is still stupid

Honestly i think they got everything right when it came to jack's story, as far as character development is concerned i think it was handled near perfectly.

Personally im glad its coming out so soon, IIRC it was made pretty much at fan request, and although the vanilla characters are pretty sweet and all, i didn't find a character i really liked playing in the same way i did whilst playing BL1/BL2. plus ive wanted to play as a renegade jack clone ever since borderlands 2 started getting DLC characters.
its not like you are forced to get this particular piece of DLC anyway, its just a new character to play as, you wont miss any of the plot or get left behind or out levelled by your friends by giving it a miss.
