I have been running my computer for over a year without any antivirus software and I'm concerned. I haven't been having any problems, but I'm worried that my computer is full of spyware and viruses. But I don't know of any antivirus software to get.
What's the best antivirus / antispyware software?

I downloaded MSE and malware bytes and somehow i only had 11 infected items, all of which were adware. and no viruses. What the hell, I watch porn and play video games and shit all the time on my computer, you would think something would have given me a virus with my firewall off and no antivirus software.
