Error when trying to install Xbox one controller drivers

So I just reformatted my computer and was reinstalling everything and I've come across an annoying problem that I can't seem to fix, every time I try to install the drivers for my Xbox one controller I get this message

I've spent a few hours looking for fixes and have tried a few things but nothing has been successful, I'm not even sure what kind of error this is.

Any ideas?

To clarify what I've tried. I've tried turning UAC off, starting in safe mode, running as admin and installing the 32bit version then trying to install the 64bit version (Same error when I do that, and the controller still doesn't work)
