That is a lot of plastic surgery. But so what? It's not like she spent his money or anything. She was dissatisfied with her appearance, so she spent some money on improving it. Big fucking deal.

To be honest, if she had makeup in the before shot, she'd still look pretty good. Can't tell if her nose is different from makeup or surgery though. Looks like subtle tweaking of the tip with some contouring makeup along the sides. Other than her eyes, the only big difference is her jaw. Her jaw, the asymmetry, the smallness of the jaw, and what appears to be overbite, looked like it would have caused actual dental issues and probably needed to be corrected. Results like that are common in non-cosmetic jaw alignment/jaw expansion procedures. She was charged way too much money for what looks to be jaw correction, a minor tweaking of the nose, and eyelid surgery. Could've had alot more done for 100k. Then again we can't see her teeth so she may have had braces or even crowns, bridges or implants if she was missing teeth. But that man is a horrible person either way.

Can kind of see why he's angry. One child policy in china and he had his one kid with a girl who deceived him about her natural facial structure, and by extension her genetics. He's still shallow, but you can see where he's coming from. Mind you, her mother could be a brilliantly smart and charming person, otherwise.

I think wanting a good looking and succesful offspring is probably a good thing. But sueing your wife over it is wrong though her actions of not saying anything at all aren't exactly right either.

He didn't win because she's ugly, he won because she "fooled" him about her looks. Stupid lawsuit IMO.

Always look at the rest of the family. Even if they were born handsome/pretty, but have very very ugly parents, cousins and/or siblings, then there's a good chance that your kids will be ugly. Then you have to decide how much that means to you, this person wasn't created to live up to every expectation that you've come up with (often on little more than a whim). Weigh the pros and cons, but realize you're being shitty if you are making your decisions for such superficial reason, they're not any less of a person. (Also, the cousin/parent part is VERY important if they're pretty, but their parents/cousins are ugly, and they're half and half. eg. half asian half white. I've seen the results of this...it's a little funny actually...anywho...)

I can see where the relationship could be bumpy though; she kept her plastic surgery a secret from him, that'd lead to issues with trusting each other and him thinking "Well what other secrets are you hiding from me?"

Majority of plastic surgery results are natural and enhance the persons appearance. The only reason many people think plastic surgery will make you look freaky is because the only time you notice plastic surgery is when it looks freaky.
