Recently,there was a maintenance and my account has been put to "limited" Now,to put it back to normal, I have to confirm my phone number So,I click on the only link they give,it leads me to the Add Credit Card page And I think "Ok, I'll add the same card!" I fill everything and.... Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem. What the fuck? So, to confirm my phone number, I have to add a credit card, but to add a credit card, i need a normal account? Can someone help me?
Send them an email, sometimes shit like this happens randomly with paypal. They randomly limit accounts based on even slightly suspicious activity (like buying things :O ).
Well I tried but they sent an automatic email that didn't help at all.... fucking automatic systems...

I got the same, but I assumed it was just because I wasn't detailed enough in describing my problem. Try calling their 800 number, they better not try an automatic support system there >.<
Their phone system sucks. You have to speak the number. Half the time it doesn't pick up what you say. Then you get some hard to understand person x.x

then support in the netherlands is great, I called them one time and I could understand perfectly what they were saying. Unfortunately I can't say they understood me, they were like 'but have you tried doing this' everytime.
Call support in Canada they were helpful when I called.
